When is the competition start and end date?The competition starts at 12:15 am on 15th May 2023 (the "Start Date") and closes at 11:45 pm on 25th May 2023 (the "End Date").
How many entries are allowed?Multiple entries will not be accepted. Only one entry per person is permitted.
What happens if an entrant breaches the rules?Time Out reserves the right to exclude any Entry from the Competition if they have a reason to believe that the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
Who retains the copyright of the submitted entries?Copyright in all Entries submitted for this Competition remains with the respective entrants. However, by submitting an Entry, entrants grant Time Out a royalty-free, perpetual irrevocable worldwide license to use and republish their Entry.
How will the winner be notified?The winner will be notified by the Promoters by email within 5 days of the End Date.
How will the winner be selected?The winner will be selected at random from a computer-generated ballot.
What is included in the Prize Package?The Prize Package includes 2 VIP tickets and 1 Bar Voucher.
Are there any age restrictions?The winner must be aged 18 or over.
Are there any restrictions on the entries?All Entries must be submitted by the original writer of the Entry. Entries considered inappropriate or offensive by Time Out will be disqualified.
How will the Prize Package be provided to the winner?The Prize Package will be provided by the Prize Provider to the winner via email using Kaboodle.
What happens if the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond?If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to return contact within 72 hours of notification, they will be disqualified, forfeit their right to the prize, and a reserve entrant will be selected as an alternative winner.
Can winners request the winner's details?Winners' details may be obtained by sending a written request to Time Out England Limited or by email. Only the surname and country will be shared, in accordance with ASA guidelines on the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation.
Are there any limitations or restrictions on the Prize Package?The Prize Package is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. It is not redeemable for cash. The Prize Provider retains the right to substitute the Prize Package with another prize of similar value if the original Prize Package is not available.
What are the terms and conditions specific to the VIP Ticket and Bar Voucher?The VIP Ticket requires valid identification on entry, and the time for entry at the Festival is subject to change. The Bar Voucher can only be used on Monday, 29th May 2023, during the Festival, and expires at the end of the Festival.
Who are the competition promoters?The competition promoters are Time Out and the Prize Provider, with Time Out having the right to license granted rights to its associated companies and licensees.
What jurisdiction governs the competition and the rules?The Competition and the Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts applies.
What consent is required from entrants?By entering the Competition, all entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by Time Out for the purposes of administration of this Competition.
