1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and its group companies (“Promoter”), and Sky UK (“Sky”), their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. One Winner will be selected by a random computer generated draw, from all correct and eligible entries received.
In order to enter, entrants must predict the three drivers who will finish on the podium for the 2018 Australian Grand Prix (Melbourne, 25 March 2018). There will be a list of 6 drivers for entrants to select from. Entrants must choose the order which they think the drivers will finish - 1st, 2nd or 3rd.
The Winner will be selected as follows:
Tier 1 - The Winner will be selected from all entries that predict the 3 drivers, in the correct order: 1st, 2nd & 3rd placed drivers.
If there are no such entries:
Tier 2 - The Winner will be selected from all entries that predict 2 drivers (in the top 3) in the correct order.
If there are no such entries:
Tier 3 - The Winner will be selected from all entries that predict 1 driver in the top 3 places
If there are no such entries:
Tier 4 - Free prizedraw of all entries
3. Entries must be submitted via the web address tgr.ph/skyF1 and entry is restricted to one per person. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The Winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Sky Formula 1, SPARK, Telegraph Media Group, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT within one month after the closing date of the prize draw.
5. All entries must be received by 23.59 on 25 March 2018.
6. The Winner will be contacted by 23.59 on 30th March, 2018. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the Winner or should the Winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative Winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize is described are available on the date of publication. Should any prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
8. DETAILS OF THE PRIZE
One (1) winning entrant will win:
1 x Sky Q TV subscription for 12 months;

1 x Sky Soundbox;
1 x Sky Q Multiscreen subscription;
Free standard installation provided by Sky;
A loan of 1 x Sky Q 2TB box and 1 x Sky Q Mini box at no charge;
2 x tickets to British F1 Grand Prix at Silverstone including parking (tickets are Friday 6th July to Sunday 8th July).
The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):
a) The Winner will be required to enter into a new Sky Q TV subscription contract. If the Winner is an existing Sky TV customer, their existing Sky TV subscriptions will come to an end and the Winner must enter into a new Sky Q TV subscription contract.
b) After the Winner’s 12 month free Sky Q TV subscription comes to an end, standard subscription length (18 months) and prices at the time of re-contracting will apply, unless the Winner changes or cancels the Winner’s package, giving Sky at least 31 days’ notice. Standard subscription prices may change. Please refer to www.sky.com for current pricing.
c) The Prize does not include:
- A broadband subscription (to experience Sky Q features to the full, we recommend connecting the Winner boxes to home broadband);
- Sky Box Office, Sky Store purchases/rentals, Stand-alone Premium Channels, or pay-per-view services and events
d) Watching on an extra TV screen comes at a one-off cost of £99 and Sky will loan the Winner an extra Sky Q Mini at no cost (recommend connecting no more than 4 Sky Q Minis in total)
e. Prices, programmes/channels are subject to change.
f. Engineer set-up required.
g. The Winner must get any consents required (e.g. landlord’s) prior to installation.
h. Winners must redeem the prize within a year. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a Winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the Winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the Winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
i. There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
j. Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a Winner or a party authorised by the Winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
k. Prize Winner will own the Sky dish. The Sky Q box, the Sky Q Mini and all other Sky Q kit is loaned to the Winner at no cost and must be returned when the Winner’s 12 month prize subscription terminates or when the Winner leaves Sky, whichever is earlier. Mechanical faults with the Sky Q kit will be repaired at no cost.
l. Sky Q installations currently average a 28 day waiting period.
m. 1 x Sky Soundbox will be delivered within 28 days of the Winner providing their details
Winners will receive 2 x tickets to British F1 Grand Prix at Silverstone within 7 days of Friday 6th July.
o. The prize must be taken as one package. The prize does not include travel between the Winner’s home and Silverstone, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned.
9. The Winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Promoter and Sky. The Promoter may make the Winner’s full name and county available and may use the full name, county and photograph for post-event publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
10. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
11. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the enjoyment of the prize; and/or any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize beyond the Promoter’s control; and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
12. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. Provision of the prize is the responsibility of the Sky.
13. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
