RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to the Bumble radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 20th April 2020 to Sunday 3rd May 2020 on Capital FM (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com/win, complete the multiple choice question, and register their details.
4. Online entry will open at 00:01 Monday 20th April 2020 and close at 23:59 Sunday 3rd May 2020.
5. The winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries and be notified within 7 days of the competition close date.

6. Entrants must be 18 years or over and reside within the UK.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

8. There will be 1 prize awarded, consisting of:
• £200.00 Just Eat voucher

• Samsung All In One Sound Bar
• 2-month Now TV Sky Cinema Pass

9. Just Eat online e-code voucher will be delivered in the form of email once the Prize Winner has confirmed their nominated email address. The voucher will expire after 12 months. Customer will not be able to use this card after that date and any unused balance on the card will be lost. The Prize Winner will be required to open a Just Eat account in their own name to claim the voucher.
10. The Samsung 43 Inch Smart 4K HDR LED TV features include Dolby Digital Plus sound system, and 4K Ultra HD Certified display resolution. This part of the prize will be delivered by post to the Prize Winner’s nominated postal address.
11. Samsung All In One Sound Bar. Features include DTS technology and 2 channels within the system. This part of the prize will be delivered by post to the Prize Winner’s nominated postal address.
12. Now TV- Sky Cinema Pass will be provided in the form of a 2-month e-code voucher, and be sent via email to the Prize Winner’s nominated email address. Should the winner wish to continue with their subscription after the 2 months, they may do so at their own cost. Should they wish to cancel the subscription after this time, they must do so at least one month before the subscription end date. The Prize Winner will be required to open a Now TV account and direct debit in their own name to claim the prize.
13. Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
14. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries.
15. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
