The five quilts, placemats, cushion and a wall hanging have appliquéd butterflies and flower wreaths.
The instructions for fusible and raw edge appliqué are written clearly and illustrated with close-up photos. They are large blocks, 16" to 18" square. Each block is rated for the level of difficulty and time commitment from easy to high. Some blocks are made with batik fabrics, others are a mixture of wool and cotton fabrics.
The pull-out sheet has actual size templates for the twelve butterflies.
