Acclaimed Canadian band Arcade Fire are set to headline Saturday night for what will be their only UK show of 2017. Sunday night plays host to Sir Rod Stewart, following in the footsteps of previous legendary acts, including Queen + Adam Lambert last year and Fleetwood Mac in 2015. Set to be Sir Rod’s only festival appearance of 2017, the former Faces singer brings his not-to-be-missed live show to the island for the first time.
Joining the already stellar line-up will be The Pretenders, Texas and former Spice Girl, Melanie C, among others. The festival returns for its 16th instalment since being revived in 2002, having originally run between 1968 and 1970, with The Who, Bob Dylan and Jimi Hendrix amongst the acts. Since its revival R.E.M, Boy George, Manic Street Preachers and David Bowie have also graced the main stage.
