When can you enter the Competition?The Competition opens on 28 March 2023 at 15.00 GMT and closes on 21 April 2023 at 18.00 GMT.
How can you enter the Competition and are there any restrictions?Entry to the Competition does not require any purchase of any product or payment. Only one entry is permitted per person. Entries submitted by any other means than those described in the terms and conditions will not be accepted. Employees of the Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, including but not limited to Citizen Femme Ltd. and MZ Skin, as well as their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
What is the total worth of the Prize and are there any restrictions?The total worth of the prize is £1000. The prize must be accepted as offered by the named winner and not combined for 2 people. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold. Prize must be redeemed by December 2023.
How will the winner be selected and notified?The winner will be chosen by the Promoter, Citizen Femme, selected randomly using an independent computer application. The draw will occur on 24 April 2023, and the winners will be notified the same day. The winner must claim their prize within three days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. The Promoter reserves the right to verify winners and ask for proof of identity, age and address and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
