What is the competition about?The competition offers two lucky winners the chance to win a short break in the South of Scotland, allowing up to 6 people to relax and recharge in stunning surroundings with award-winning comfort.
What are the prizes in the competition?The competition features two distinct prizes:
Prize 1: A three-night weekend stay for up to 6 people at The Osprey at Loch Ken Eco Bothies in Dumfries & Galloway. This prize includes access to a boat shed equipped with kayaks and paddle boards for water activities, a wood-fired hot tub for relaxation, and the opportunity for a boat tour on Loch Ken.
Prize 2: A three-night mid-week stay for up to 6 people at The Lamont at Airhouses in the Scottish Borders. This stay features a private hot tub, a Weber Charcoal BBQ for grilling, and a meet-and-greet with animals guided by Damian.
Who is eligible to enter the competition?Participants must be 18 years or older to enter the competition. The company may require ID when collecting the prize.
How will the winners be chosen in this competition?Winners will be selected randomly by software from all correct entries and will be verified by the South of Scotland Destination Alliance.
When must the prize be claimed?Winners must claim their prize by 28th March 2025. If a prize is not claimed by this date, the company reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.
When must the prize be used?Each prize is subject to availability and must be used within the specified time frame, from October 2025 to the end of March 2026, and no later than 31st March 2026.
Are there any restrictions on the prizes?The prizes are not transferable, and there is no cash alternative or other prize available. Additionally, the South of Scotland Destination Alliance is not responsible for any inaccurate prize details provided by third parties connected with the competition.
What happens when someone enters the competition?Entry into the competition will be considered acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth by the South of Scotland Destination Alliance.
