What is the Secret Escapes competition and who can participate?The Secret Escapes competition is a prize draw for Great Britain and Northern Ireland residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Secret Escapes, their affiliated companies, their families, agents, and other parties directly involved with this promotion and the sponsorship are not eligible to enter.
How can participants enter the Secret Escapes competition and what is the closing date?To enter the competition, participants must fill in the form on the prize draw page at the Promoter’s website providing the information about their name and e-mail address. The promotion starts at 09:00 on 26 December 2022 and all entries must be received by no later than 23.59 UK time on the closing date of 31 March 2023.
What is the prize and how will the winner be selected?The prize available is one Xperia 10 IV smartphone per winner with a total of two. The winner will be drawn at random at the end of the prize draw by Secret Escapes from all submissions received between the entry date and the close date.
Are there any additional terms and conditions?Participants agree to be contacted by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw. Winners agree for the Promoter to share the winner's name and contact details with Sony Europe B.V. so Sony Europe B.V. can fulfil the prize. The winner must claim the prize no later than 7 days after the winner has been informed. If the winner rejects or fails to claim the prize on time, the prize may be awarded to other entrants at the discretion of the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to honour any entry or to recover the full value of any prize if it considers there has been an abuse or breach of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
