All the Scot really wants is to become a vet, but while she completes her studies, Muir is breaking athletics records for fun.
She recently added the European indoor 1,000m record – in a time of 2 min 31.93 sec, to the European indoor 3,000m mark she set in early February. That after starting the year by setting a British indoor 5,000m record.
Telegraph Sport says: “Three times in 2017 Muir has donned her fluorescent yellow track spikes and added another record to her collection.” Ben Bloom

Ibrahimovic has nearly as many medals as there will be candles on his next birthday cake. The Swede’s two goals helped Manchester United to defeat Southampton 3-2 in the EFL Cup final and earned him the 32nd trophy of his career.
Seven goals in seven games in February took his tally in his first season in England to 26.
Telegraph Sport says: “His remarkable ability to keep looking forward, to go again, to want to keep winning that singles him out.” James Ducker
Stuart Hogg

Scotland’s swaggering re-emergence as a power in the Six Nations Championship is down to many things – and Hogg provides most of them.
He’s the most exciting attacker in British and Irish rugby and his three tries and two assists in the first three games will have had all Scotland and Lions fans licking their lips.
Telegraph Sport says: “[Scotland] have been aided by the arrival of some special talent – Hogg being the most obvious and thrilling.” Tom Cary
