What are the prizes?There is one main prize and 10 runners-up prizes. The main prize consists of:
- A holiday voucher worth up to £5,000, redeemable against any package holiday (including flight and accommodation) available on the On The Beach website.
- A selection of Swizzels sweets and Minions merchandise.
The runners-up prizes include:
- 10 sweet hampers, each containing various Swizzels sweets and Minions merchandise.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool amounts to £55,000, with the main prize valued at £5,000 and 10 runners-up prizes. Each runner-up prize consists of a sweet hamper and Minions merchandise.
How will winners be selected and notified?Winners will be chosen randomly by the promoters within 7 working days after the closing date. The main prize winner will be contacted via email, and if they cannot be reached or do not claim the prize within 48 hours, a replacement winner may be selected.
What are the additional terms for the holiday voucher?The holiday voucher is valid for any package holiday that includes both flight and accommodation, available on the On The Beach website. The holiday must be booked by 31 December 2024, and travel must be completed within 12 months of booking. At least one person in the traveling party must be 18 years or older. The winner is responsible for any costs exceeding the £5,000 voucher value, as well as travel insurance and other incidental costs. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Is there any liability associated with the competition?The co-promoters are not liable for any losses or damages arising from participation in the competition or taking up the prize, except in cases of negligence. The liability of the promoter is limited to a maximum value of £100. The competition is governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
