TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Magic Radio and The Sun Superdays: WIN AN OVERNIGHT SHORT BREAK TO The LEGOLAND® WINDSOR RESORT” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

PLEASE NOTE:
This prize is for an overnight stay at The Legoland® Windsor Resort for a family of two (2) adults and two (2) two children as defined below and shortlisting for potential prize winners will be based on this criteri

REGISTRATION
To register you need to:

Enter the names and ages of three (3) additional family members you intend to bring to The Legoland® Windsor Resort (should you be the final prize winner) and will bring to air to help answer the three questions correctly to win the prize to The Legoland® Windsor Resort.
SHORTLIST STAGE
Potential candidates will be shortlisted from all valid registrations by an electronic random draw between: midday on Thursday 17th May 2018 to midday Thursday 24th May 2018 and contacted between the hours of 10am – 6pm within these dates (weekdays only) on the phone number they gave on the competition registration form.
A valid registration will be an entry with all registration form fields correctly and legitimately completed with 1x Adult (must be the entrant and 18 years old or over), 1x Adult (must be 16 years or over) and 2x Children (aged between 3-15 years old) and meeting all further Bauer Media terms and conditions.
For shortlisting, Bauer will attempt to call the contact number provided, a maximum of three (3) times. No answer machine message will be left. If there is no answer after three attempts, we will move on to the next name on the shortlist.
Registration for the entire competition will close at midday on Thursday 24th May (2018) after which no further registration will be accepted.
If you are contacted, it does not guarantee you will be taken to air or be a prize winner, this is subject to a shortlist process and meeting the following criteri
1) Submitting a valid registration for entry on the ‘Win an overnight short break to ‘The Legoland® Windsor Resort’ competition page registration form.
2) The Entrant being 18 years or over and their three (3) chosen family members must be 1x Adult (16 years or over) and 2x Children (3-15 years old).
3) The Entrant and their three (3) chosen family members being comfortable with and able to hold a coherent conversation live on-air and answer questions from the Breakfast Team.
4) The Entrant and their three (3) additional family members consenting and being available to be brought to air, live on the radio, during the Magic Breakfast with Ronan & Harriet anytime between 06:00am – 10:00am during the week of the promotion (Monday 21st May - Friday 25th May 2018).
5) The Entrant meeting Magic / Bauer Media’s on-air full terms & conditions for broadcast.
6) All consenting, valid and shortlisted registrants who have been called, and are available to come to air live on Magic Breakfast with Ronan & Harriet anytime on the required competition days specified by the Bauer Media team, and who meet Magic/Bauer on-air terms & conditions, will then be put into a second random electronic draw to determine a running order for the daily competition round call list the Magic Breakfast Team will use to contact entrants (1x family) who are brought to air. Should they not be available when the Breakfast Team call them, we will move to the next name on the shortlist.
7) All shortlisted entrants who are not brought to air will be put back into the competition draw.
THE ON-AIR COMPETITION:
The competition will take place during Magic Breakfast with Ronan & Harriet anytime between 06:00am – 10:00am on the following dates:

Each day, the Magic Breakfast team will bring one (1) entrant and up to three (3) of their additional family members to air from the two (2) shortlisted entrants for that day, to answer three (3) questions.
The order in which the Breakfast Team call the two entrants for each day, will be determined by electronic random draw. If the first entrant called is not available on the contact number they provided after two attempts to call them, we will call the second entrant. If after two attempts the second entrant is not available, we will move to further shortlisted entrants.
Three (3) members of the family will be asked a question which they must answer correctly. Each have the opportunity to pass the question to another family member to answer on their behalf if unable to provide an answer or if they get the question wrong.
The prize winner will be the Family who were brought to air and provided three (3) correct answers to the three (3) questions asked by the Presenters during the on-air competition and announced as the prize winner on-air at the end of the competition round and subject to meeting all Bauer’s full terms & conditions. The Breakfast Team’s decision is final.
The prize winners will be contacted by a member of the Bauer Media team by 15 June 2018 via email or telephone (using details provided at entry) to organise their prize fulfilment.
If the prize winner does not respond within twenty-one (21) working days of the notification by Bauer Media, then that Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and Bauer Media will be entitled to select another Winner in accordance with the process set out in these terms and conditions.

The overnight stay is based on a family of 4 (two adults and two children) sharing a themed room at The LEGOLAND(R) Castle Hotel. The prize winner is entitled to the choice of staying one night in a Wizard themed room or a Knight themed room. The room is bookable for any day during the open season 09.03.18 to 01.11.18 subject to availability. Breakfast is included and dinner is a set menu in The LEGOLAND Castle hotel Tournament Tavern restaurant.
LEGOLAND® Windsor VIP Team require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when booking the Gold VIP Package. All packages are subject to availability. Wristbands and tickets will be issued on the day by the LEGOLAND Windsor Concierge team. Digi-pass photos are the responsibility of the guest to collect, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort will not be able to provide these images after your visit.
The VIP Gold package is provided by Merlin Entertainments & News UK.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
Bauer Media will be providing the prize winner with £100 cash towards the travel to the park. Bauer Media is not responsible for any other aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery.
OTHER
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
If the prize winner does not respond within twenty-one (21) working days of the notification by Bauer Media, then that Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and Bauer Media will be entitled to select another Winner in accordance with the process set out in these terms and conditions.

Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.
MISCELLANEOUS.
1. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.
2. One entry per person, per family living at the same address.
3. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
4. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.
5. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
6. You are responsible for all costs of entry.
7. You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.
8. Whilst on-air, you must not make inappropriate or offensive statements.
