Are there any restrictions or requirements for the prize?The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, and can only be redeemed by the winner. Prizes may be exchanged for a prize of similar value in certain circumstances. The winner must agree to participate in any promotional activity and material required by UKMums.TV.
When is the closing date and how is the winner chosen?The closing date is specified in each competition and entries will not be valid after that date. The winner will be chosen at random and then notified by email or telephone after the closing date. If the winner does not reply within 30 days of being contacted, another winner will be chosen.
What happens if the prize is not claimed or undelivered?Prizes that remain unclaimed after 3 months will be null and void. Prizes that are undelivered and/or not followed up with within 6 months cannot be fulfilled.
