What are the details and conditions of the prize?- The £1,000 TUI holiday gift card can be used to book any TUI package holiday.
- The trip must be booked by 31 December 2024 and travel must occur within one year of booking.
- The gift card can be used as full or part payment for travel products at tui.co.uk, firstchoice.co.uk, and in all TUI Stores excluding those in the Republic of Ireland.
- The gift card cannot be used for travel money-related products, such as currency, traveller's cheques, or prepaid cards.
- The card cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy another gift card.
- The expiry date is printed on the reverse of the physical gift card and will be at least one year from the date of purchase. For digital gift cards, the expiry date is two years from the date of purchase.
- The maximum account balance at any one time is £5,000 for physical gift cards and £3,000 for digital gift cards.
- The balance cannot be refunded if the card is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed over the phone or used online at crystalski.co.uk.
- TUI Travel Gift Cards are not covered by ABTA's scheme of financial protection.
