Win a Traincation Northern Rail

Who can enter?The competition is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over. Employees of Northern Trains Limited, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the competition's administration are not eligible to enter.
When does the competition close?The competition closes at midnight on 29th August 2024.
How can one enter?Participants can enter by visiting the competition website at https://game.northernrailway.co.uk/win-a-traincation, providing their name and email address, and selecting the prize they wish to enter for. Only one entry per person is allowed.
What are the prizes and total prize pool?There will be 8 winners, each receiving a "Traincation" experience at a selected UK destination. The prizes include:
- Newcastle Traincation: Hotel stay with vouchers for Sunday to Thursday, subject to availability.
- Manchester Traincation: Stay at Edwardian Hotel, King Superior Room, breakfast included.
- Blackpool Traincation: 2-night stay at Ruskin Hotel with dinner and breakfast for 2 people. Includes Merlin Entertainments passes for attractions like The Blackpool Tower, Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE, and more.
- Leeds Traincation: Stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Leeds city centre. Family or Double Room with breakfast.
- Southport Traincation: Stay at The Waterfront Hotel in a Superior Double Room.
- Peak District Traincation: One-night stay at Buxton Crescent Health Spa Hotel with breakfast and spa access.
- Cheshire Traincation: Stay at Hotel Indigo Chester in a Family Room.
- Liverpool Traincation: 1-night stay in a Superior Room with a 3-course dinner at Stoke Restaurant.
Additionally, a complimentary travel pass for Northern services for the winner and one guest is included. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Total Prize Pool AmountThe total prize pool consists of 8 "Traincation" experiences, each offering a unique and exclusive getaway at various UK destinations. No specific total monetary value is provided, but the prizes are substantial, including luxury hotel stays and attraction passes.
