What is the prize that can be won, and what is its total worth?The prize is a three-night stay at Le Jardin des Douars in Essaouira, Morocco. The stay must be booked from September 1, 2023, until June 30, 2024, subject to date availability. The prize includes accommodation for two guests sharing an entry-level room, daily buffet-style hotel breakfast, one hotel lunch, and a three-course dinner for two guests. It also includes a hammam or massage each at the hotel's facilities, transfers to and from Essaouira airport, and one free return shuttle to/from the Medina. The prize does not include flights, travel insurance, or additional expenses.
What are the restrictions or conditions for the prize?The stay excludes the Christmas period from December 21-31, 2023, and the Easter period from March 28 to April 6, 2024. The choice of treatment (hammam or massage) should be booked at the time of booking. The winner must ensure their passport has the relevant time remaining to enter Morocco. The prize must be redeemed by September 30, 2023.
How will the winner be selected?The winning entrant will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all the correct entries after the closing date. The Promoter's decision as to the winner is final.
How and when will the winner be notified?The winner will be notified within 10 days of the close of the promotion by post and/or email. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up or re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
Are there any alternatives to the prize?There is no cash alternative, and the prize is not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
How can someone request the winner's information?The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending an SAE to Our Media, Eagle House, Bristol BS1 4ST within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winner before releasing this information and provide the winner the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.
Can the Promoter cancel or amend the promotion?Yes, the Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter, or amend the promotion at any stage if deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
