What is the cancellation policy for room bookings?For one to three rooms, 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of bookings. For four or more rooms, one calendar month notice is required. Failure to comply with the above cancellation policy will result in a full charge being made for any accommodation the hotel is unable to resell.
What is the check-in and check-out time?Check-in time is from 3pm. The management will make every effort to ensure rooms are ready on time but cannot guarantee access. Check-out time is at 11am.
Are there any additional charges that could be made?The hotel reserves the right to make any further charges as appropriate for any damage, accidental or otherwise, or for any additional cleaning required outside the normal housekeeping requirements. Smoking is not permitted in any of the bedrooms. Anyone smoking in the bedrooms will be given a £50 fine. The management reserves the right to exclude guests from public areas or accommodation if they deem behavior is inappropriate. No refunds will be given.
Is there anything else that entrants should be aware of?No further discounts apply to any special packages or reduced rates. The hotel is unable to change or falsify the description of any item purchased. There are three dog-friendly bedrooms available, with a supplement of £25 per stay, a maximum of two dogs per room. Dogs on leads are also allowed in the gardens and bar area. Please contact the reservation team to check availability. The prize is valid on Wednesday-Friday. Once notified by email, the winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize. The management reserves the right to cancel any hotel room booking 3 months or longer prior to the arrival date should the hotel receive an exclusive use booking.
