This year there’s something special to shout about – a brand new and exclusive fine-dining experience called The Taste Residence. A once-in-a-lifetime sit-down meal with a delicious four-course tasting menu and the chance to get up close and personal with culinary idols who will not only be cooking but actually serving guests as well. The line-up, curated by the legendary Andrea Petrini, will include one of the UK’s hottest talents – Michelin-starred chef Ollie Dabbous – and the rock star chef Alex Atala, who put Brazilian food on the map and more chefs to be announced soon. Each one-hour dining session will be hosted by the maître d’ and patron of London’s Margot restaurant, Paulo de Tarso.
