About the Tour Guide: Lynne grew up between the US and UK and started her pastry career in the kitchen of one of Paris's grand hotels at age eighteen. After completing her degree in hospitality from L'Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, Lynne returned to London and worked at Peggy Porschen Cakes and Pierre Hermé Paris. She founded Sweet Tooth Tours in 2017 while completing her diplôme de pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu. She lives in central London and is a self-professed foodie.
