TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This competition (the “Competition”) is open to anyone aged 18 or over, no matter where in the world they live. The Competition is organised by The Faction Collective SA (the “Organiser”)
- You (the “Entrant”) may enter the Competition by submitting your full name, email, language, location and ski style. (“Registering”) on the competition form provided.
- Entrants enter the Competition as an individual, but the prize for the trip to Verbier, Switzerland, is for 2 people (“The Prize”). The winner of the competition (the “Winner”) will elect the person they wish to travel with them (the “Buddy”). Any other expenditure items relating to the Prize not detailed within these Terms and Conditions will be the responsibility of the Winner and Buddy. These would include, but are not limited to, tourist visas, snacks, drinks, certain meals and other expenses that the Winner might incur during their holiday on the Prize.
- The Prize consists of return travel from a reasonably close international airport of the Organiser’s choice to Verbier for two, accommodation for two, lift passes for two, Faction Skis setup for two and a Swiss mountain meal for two.
- The Prize cannot be transferred to anyone else and cannot be redeemed for cash value or alternative travel arrangements. The Winner and Buddy must travel together when redeeming the prize. The travel dates are limited to off peak dates that will be disclosed to the Winner.
- Privacy for all Entrants is very important to us. No details submitted through Registration for the Competition will be shared with any 3rd parties. More information on our privacy policy can be found in the footer below. The Entrants agree that the Organisers will email them information on Competition updates and subsequent. Entrants may easily unsubscribe from these emails at any point they choose.
- Entry to the Competition closes on the 15th of January 2018, the winner will be announced on or before the 30th of January 2018. The Winner must respond and accept the Prize within 5 calendar days from the date the Winner is announced. Failing this, the Organisers’ may draw another Winner from the Competition.
- All Entrants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions by Registering for the Competition.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland
