- The prize is subject to availability and is valid from 1st May to 31st October 2018
- No cash alternative will be given
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Prize is not valid over Bank holidays
- Competition entry is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales.
- Flights are from mainland Britain from a convenient airport with a direct service to Dublin. They include return travel, one checked in bag (weight allowance to be advised) and pre-booked seat per passenger per flight. On-line check-in may be required by the airline and this will be advised at time of booking.
- Flights are subject to availability – accommodation must be secured by the winner with Heritage Killenard before flights are booked.
- Valid Passport for all passengers is required for travel with Ryanair. Alternative forms of Photo ID are accepted by other airlines operating between Britain and Ireland for British Citizens travelling into Ireland. Information will be provided to the prizewinner. All other nationalities must have a valid passport for travel.

- Flight arrangements are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable for any other service or cash offered in lieu of unused elements of the flight reservation.
- No Show or cancelling the arrangement invalidates the flight booking and prize package.
- Flight tickets are non-refundable for cancellation and variable fees and fare increases apply for changes. Any amendments made after the flights have been confirmed will be at the expense of the prizewinner. If the prizewinner requests flight changes after confirmation, we reserve the right to apply an administration charge in addition to the airline change fee and fare increase – payable in advance by the prizewinner.
- Refreshments/meals on flights are not covered.
- Transfers between Dublin Airport and Heritage Killenard are not provided.
- Travel Insurance is not included.
- On Course Travel/Tourism Ireland are not responsible for costs resulting from cancellation or delays to transportation services and loss or delay of luggage.
