Participants in the Sun Gardens Dubrovnik competition must be at least 18 years old. The prize will be awarded to 1 randomly selected contestant. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. The prize does not include airplane tickets nor transfer from the winner's home to the airport in their country, city tax, travel insurance, food other than specified, drinks, personal expenditure, or incidental costs. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not expressly included in the prize. If any participant selected as the winner is not eligible as the winner according to these Terms & Conditions or is disqualified for any reason, the Organizer reserves the right to determine an alternative winner or not to award that winner's prize at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The prize is for a 4-night stay at Sun Gardens Dubrovnik for a family of up to 5 (2 adults and up to 3 children aged 16 or younger) staying in a 2-bedroom residence. The prize includes breakfast for a family of up to 5 on 5 mornings, 1 evening meal for a family of 5 at Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, return airport transfers between Dubrovnik Airport and Sun Gardens Dubrovnik. The prize is valid for stays between 1 September 2024 and 30 June 2025, subject to availability. The total prize pool for this competition is a luxurious beach holiday at Sun Gardens Dubrovnik.
