These are the general terms and conditions that apply to all Activeyou.co.uk competitions. These are reviewed and updated on a regular basis. There may also be special terms which are relevant to individual competitions; if this is the case there will be a separate link to the appropriate terms on the relevant pages of that competition.
Individual close dates for Competitions are featured next to the opt in box on the individual Competition. Please read these as you enter each Competition. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible.

Active You is a UK site and all competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
To enter Active You Competitions entrants must also complete the surveys shown on the competition entry page.
Active You prize draws may be promoted over several different websites at the same time.
Persons connected with Netperform Limited or any of the prize draw sponsors are ineligible.
Prize draws allow multiple entries unless otherwise stated.
Prize draws are handled by Netperform Limited.
The inclusion of brands in Active You competitions does not mean that these brands are endorsing Active You competitions directly unless otherwise stated. The images used in all promotions are for illustrative purposes only.
Winners will be selected at random by computer within 72 hours of the prize draw closing.
Winners will be notified by email. Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of the prize draw closing date. After that we will not enter into any further correspondence regarding that prize draw.
Some Active You competitions will continue every month with one winner drawn each month, all entries for these competitions will roll over to the following months draw, rolling competitions will be marked clearly at the point of entry.
Netperform Limited reserves the right to change the competition closing date without notice. This is at our sole discretion.
All prizes are subject to availability, should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted at our sole discretion.

There can only be one winner of any prize draw, if more than one person tries to claim the prize this draw is deemed void and a redraw will be conducted.
Entrants agree that by entering a competition their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by Active You for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing and sending offers and other information.
Active You may also pass entrants details to selected third parties to use for the same purposes (we remain responsible for ensuring these third parties comply with data protection regulations) but always strictly in line with its privacy policy and any opt in boxes that entrants have ticked. Requests by letter must be received on or before the close date of the respective Competition.
