We’re giving away a five-night stay for two at Aguas de Ibiza, part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World collection.
This smart hotel is set away from Ibiza’s main drag, in the quiet Santa Eulalia bay. Seventies-style interiors lead to terraces with ocean panoramas and chilled-out rooftop bars, plus two garden pools and one adults-only pool surrounded by day beds.
With the hotel located on the quieter north-east coast, you’ll be able to explore Ibiza’s loveliest beaches and coastline at your leisure. If you’re keen to wander further, there are chic, grown-up beach bars for sundowners, delicious restaurant options and cool boutiques all over the island to discover.
The prizewinner and a guest will spend five nights in one of the hotel’s rooms, with natural light flooding in through floor-to-ceiling windows and vintage-inspired interiors. Breakfast is included – choose from pastries, cheese, meats, fruits and smoothies each morning in the hotel’s Oligo restaurant – and so is one supper at Vi Cool, the rooftop restaurant overseen by award-winning chef Sergi Arola. Here, the menu features fresh Mediterranean dishes such as Iberian pork fillet with Idiazabal cheese oil, fried baby-squid sandwiches with lemon jam and mayonnaise, and stewed meatballs with Manchego fondue. Dessert highlights include crema catalana with tangerine sorbet and dark-chocolate fondue.
The spa is equipped with an indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna, with luxury treatments such as anti-ageing massages and facials by Clarins. One spa treatment at the hotel’s Revival Spa is also included for the prizewinner during their stay.
