What is the prize?The prize includes a 600 Darwin Escapes holiday voucher, which can be used at either Woodside Bay Lodge Retreat or Woodside Coastal Retreat on the Isle of Wight. It is permissible to supplement this voucher with additional funds for a stay exceeding the voucher's value. The prize also includes a 200 Wightlink ferry voucher for cross-Solent travel. The total worth of the prize is 800.
What are the terms and conditions of the prize?The stay must be booked and taken within 12 months from the closing date of the competition. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Prize redemption is contingent upon availability. The prize does not cover travel insurance, spending money, or travel expenses. The recipient of the prize must be at least 18 years of age. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age and assumes responsibility for all occupants during their stay and any actions or omissions, even if the primary guest does not personally stay at the accommodation during the booking period. Once the prize package has been booked, alternative dates cannot be selected. If the holiday is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, it will not be rescheduled and the prize will be lost.
What happens if the winner cannot be contacted?The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited.
What are the general terms and conditions of the competition?Only one entry will be accepted per person. No automated, third-party, or bulk entries are allowed. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for incomplete or delayed entries or those not received for whatever reason. There is no cash alternative in full or in part to the prize, and each part of the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners' personal data will be shared with all prize providers in order to ensure fulfilment of the competition prize.
