Competition Terms and Conditions
1. This prize draw is open to UK residents (unless otherwise stated on the competition post) aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Users must go to www.adventuresofayorkshiremum.co.uk to enter the competition where they enter their details via the Rafflecopter form.
3. No purchase necessary. To enter, go to www.adventuresofayorkshiremum.co.uk and follow instructions.
4. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
5. The competition will be open from publishing and will end as stated on the Raffelcopter form.
6. No entrant may win more than one prize.
7. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
8. Each prize will be stated in the respective post and is non transferable.
9. Winners will be selected by Rafflecopter and notified by 6pm on the subsequent working day following the closing date of the competition. The winner will be contacted via email inviting them to accept their prize and to supply an address for the dispatch of their prize. Upon receiving full address details, the prize will then be dispatched within 10 working days.
The Promoter will not be liable for any postage delays due to circumstances including but not limited to; adverse weather, postage congestion due to the Christmas/New Year period or any error on behalf of the postal service.
10. The winners must claim their prize within 28 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
