Who can enter this competition?The competition is open to UK and Ireland-based employees, customers or users of the promoter, called Participants or Entrants.
When can entrants enter this competition?The competition is open for entries during the dates and times specified on the Organiser’s website. Any entries received outside these dates and times will not be accepted.
How can entrants enter the competition?Entrants must visit the Promoter's website and sign up to Tripbeat to enter the competition. The entry into the competition is free.
What is the prize?One Prize of an RVC Certificate entitling the Winner to 7 nights self-catering accommodation, and there will be one winner. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
Can entrants submit more than one entry?Each participant is entitled to submit a maximum of one entry each.
How will the winner be selected and notified?The Winner of the Prize will be randomly selected by the Organiser. The Winner will be notified by the Promoter or the Organiser by email within 7 working days from the expiry of the Competition Period.
Are there any rules on competition entries?In the event that the Organiser deems any Competition entry to be invalid, the Organiser may select a new winner in the same manner set out in clause 8 of these Terms. The Organiser's decision is final. There shall be no amendment or variation of any Competition entry by Participant once such entry is submitted to the Organiser.
Is there any liability involved?To the maximum extent permitted, the Organiser accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged, undelivered, misdirected, or unreceived Prize. The Organiser may, in its sole discretion, re-deliver, re-distribute or retain any undelivered or returned Prize. The Organiser excludes all liability (including negligence) in respect of any loss, expense, damage, personal injury suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with this Competition, including submitting an entry or using any Prize. The Promoter shall have no liability in connection with the Competition or any matter that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.
