Summer Giveaway Terms & ConditionsHow can one enter the giveaway?Entry is made by signing up to the Animal database on the Summer Giveaway page. No purchase is necessary.
When does the entry period start and end?Entries are open between 30.08.2023 and close at midnight on 05.09.2023.
Who is eligible to enter?Entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the United Kingdom. Entrants must have internet access and a valid email account. Entry is limited to one per person.
Who is not eligible to enter?The competition is not open to employees or contractors of Animal or Mountain Warehouse or their immediate families.
How will the winner be chosen?A winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entrants within 5 days of the closing date.
How will the winner be notified?The Prize Winner will be initially notified via email and must confirm acceptance of the prize by replying to the same email.
What happens if the initial winner doesn't respond?If there's no response from the winner within 48 hours of initial contact, Animal reserves the right to withdraw their place and offer the prize to another entrant.
What is the prize?The winner will receive a gift voucher worth £150, redeemable on the Animal website for Animal products.
Are there any limitations to using the voucher?The voucher is valid for one year from the issue date. It's non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The voucher code is multiple use, up to a total value of £150, and can't be used with other promotional codes.
What happens with the winners' details?Winners' details will be used for communication about the prize and will be added to the Animal marketing database that they opted into on entering.
Can the terms and conditions change?Animal reserves the right to terminate, amend, or withdraw this prize draw and/or these terms and conditions at any time.
Is entering the competition conditional?Entry is conditional on accepting these terms and conditions. By entering the competition, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms.
