What is the prize?The prize consists of a two-night stay at The Queens Hotel Cheltenham for two people sharing a room.
How long is the prize valid for and are there any restrictions?The prize is valid for 12 months, subject to availability. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other special breaks or promotions such as Christmas, Gourmet Weekends, etc.
How many people can stay for free?The free stay is for a maximum of two adults sharing a twin or double room.
Who is responsible for the traveling costs to and from the hotel?The winner is responsible for their traveling costs to and from the hotel.
Is a purchase necessary to enter the competition?No, there is no purchase necessary to enter Best Loved Hotels competitions.
How many entries are allowed per subscriber?Only one entry per subscriber is valid.
How are the winners chosen?Winners of Best Loved Hotels contests will be randomly chosen by a representative of Best Loved Hotels (the "Judge") within two (2) weeks of the end date. The decisions of the Judge will be final and binding. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Will the winner's name be announced publicly?Yes, the winner must accept that their name will be announced publicly in an upcoming newsletter and/or through social media.
What happens to the entrants' information?All entrants in the contest will be added to the Best Loved Hotels community databases and agree to receive timely offers and relevant travel experiences.
Will entrants receive offers from the competition hotel?Yes, entrants may also receive offers from the competition hotel. However, they can opt-out at any time.
Who can enter the competition?The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Best Loved Hotels and its subsidiaries, employees of The Queens Hotel Cheltenham and their families, promotional partners and their subsidiaries, associated suppliers, and anyone else connected with this promotion.
Is there a cash alternative for the prize?No, there is no cash alternative for the prize, and the prize is non-transferable.
