Entry into a prize draw implies acceptance of these rules and conditions:
Prize draws are open to all UK residents aged over 18 years or over, other than employees of Jade Creative Ltd (referred to in these Terms as “TheSchoolRun”), others professionally associated with www.theschoolrun.com and their immediate families, and any employees of any company involved in the operation or promotion of the prize draw.
The prizes/giveaways are as stated and will be awarded to entries drawn at random on the draw date.
Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw. After notification, please provide your address so that we can send the prize to you. If you do not respond within 30 days then the prize may no longer be available. Please note that it is the winner's responsibility to notify TheSchoolRun of any change in contact information. Please allow 28 working days for delivery of your prize, calculated from the date you were notified that you had won.
The prizes/product giveaways are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of stated prizes being unavailable, TheSchoolRun reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal value. No cash alternative is available. No correspondence will be entered into.
If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, TheSchoolRun does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw.
