COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions, and agreed to be bound by them, when accessing this Promotion.
Who May Enter
Open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not be eligible to claim this prize.
Entries are limited to one per person. Any additional entries will not be considered.
How to Enter
This Competition is open from Monday 9th July to midnight on Sunday 15th July 2018 inclusive.
To enter, simply enter your email address in the requested field.
After the closing date, five winners will be selected at random.
Prize Details
There are five prizes available to each win a pair of weekend VIP tickets that include camping to Bluedot festival, which takes place at Jodrell Bank, Cheshire, SK11 9DL, from Thursday 19th to Sunday 22nd July 2018. Each prize includes camping from Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night camping as well as access to the Celestial VIP bar and bathroom. It does not include travel to and from the event and any expenses incurred.
Other Terms and Conditions
In the first instance, winners will be notified via email by noon on Monday 16th July 2018. To confirm acceptance of the prize, each winner must contact the Promoter at an address that will be provided to them by the Promoter.
If a winner: a) cannot be contacted by the Promoter within two (2) days of the first attempt to notify them; or b) does not confirm in writing their acceptance of the prize within two (2) days of being notified that they are a winner, the Promoter reserves the right to randomly select another winner from the pool of entrants. Roberts bakery will provide winners with tickets by Wednesday 18th July 2018.

Winners agree to co-operate with the Promoter for publicity purposes if so required and entries may be used by Roberts bakery and Bluedot for future publicity or promotional use, for media output and through their social and digital channels.
The prize must be accepted as granted. No substitutions or cash equivalent payment will be allowed, and no refund or transfer is permitted unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that circumstances beyond its control mean that the prize described above cannot be provided to you.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant to the competition or any damage to any entrant's property (including computer equipment and/or data which is stored on any equipment) as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and in so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter (including its associated companies, officers, employees and agents) exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising to Participants or otherwise as a result of the Promotion; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control):
any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference
any claim or entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter
any tax liability incurred by the entrant or
use of the prize.
The Promoter (including its associated companies, officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any postponement, cancellation, delay, changes to the Promotion or failure to fulfil its obligations where such failure is caused by any event(s) outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including without limitation the act or default of any third-party supplier).
This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including the prize), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion (including the prize).
