More in-depth yoga workshops, available to book in advance, give visitors the chance to focus on specific disciplines. Aerial Yoga arrives at the OM Yoga Show Manchester for the first time in 2017; ever fancied getting away from the mat and into the air? And the Relax Kids' Yoga Studio is a dedicated space for little yogis; with free entry for under 16s and classes taking place all weekend, this is a great day out for all the family.
As ever, there's a showcase of exhibitors on hand to guide and advise you, as well as provide everything you might need for the ultimate yogic lifestyle. From local studios to online yoga, you are sure to find classes to suit you, as well as products such as yoga mats, yoga clothing and superfoods.
