Are you an experienced gardener with an abundance of outdoor space, or an urban foodie with just enough room for a window box? We’ve teamed up with Rocket Gardens to help you grow your own and establish your healthy organic veg plot, no matter what size garden or space you have.
Each winner will receive three separate deliveries throughout the year (July, September and May) of organic plants ready to plant out and start growing. No gardening experience? No worries – each delivery includes a handy growing guide to help you get set up. Plants include mixed lettuce, golden beetroot, runner beans, red Russian kale and wild rocket. The plants can be grown in raised beds, grow bags, pots and containers.

2. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees (and their families) of Eye to Eye Media Ltd or any other associated company.
3. Prizes are as offered. No cash alternatives. Subject to availability.
4. To enter, visit http://www.healthyfood.co.uk/competitions/ and follow the instructions. No purchase necessary. One entry per household.
5. Emails will not be accepted and entries received after the closing date will not be considered. Website entry closes midday 20 June 2017. There are three prizes to be won. Each winner will receive a Rocket Gardens mini constant garden worth £99, with three deliveries made to each winner throughout the year.
7. No responsibility is taken for entries lost or delayed.
8. Winners will be selected by an independent panel. The judges’ decision is final: no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified via email within 28 days of the closing date.
