With a new venue planned for next month, the Country Living Spring Show is moving to Alexandra Palace! And we have THREE pairs of tickets to give away - worth £36 a pair.
This year The Country Living Magazine Spring Fair sees lots of exciting developments, with more features and entertainment, more exhibitors, more talented craftspeople, more hands-on workshops and a new venue as it welcomes visitors to Alexandra Palace.
Bringing the pages of the magazine to life, The Country Living Spring Fair champions craftspeople and small businesses, rural entrepreneurs and inspirational start-ups. Carefully curated, this delightful event celebrates quality and creativity with furnishings and fabrics, beautiful ceramics, fashion and home accessories and more, all designed to inspire visitors for the warm days of spring and summer ahead. County Living FairExperts in sewing, floristry, homemaking skills and crafting offer new ideas, hands-on sessions and lifestyle tips for the home and the garden. There is a dedicated cookery theatre too; a food market brimming with regional producers as well as bars for refreshments. The Spring garden will be in full bloom - and don't forget to feed the lambs! What a wonderful way to put Spring in your step.
Country Living is a staunch supporter of new business and enterprise and has helped to numerous entrepreneurs to public attention, starting them on their road to success. At the Country Living Spring Fair, The Pop-Up Market is a launchpad for would-be businesses to make their first forage into sales, finding out if their 'kitchen table' talent has real public appeal. The stalls are a hand-picked collection of crafters, makers, designers and artists who create their wares in their own homes.
The chance to feed some lambs is perennially popular, and hand-reared orphans will be waiting to be bottle-fed by enthusiastic visitors and children. With more space at Alexandra Palace, the garden feature will be bigger and even more beautiful - the perfect setting for a series of talks and demos on everything from bee keeping to growing your own lettuces.
There are a series of free, daily, hands-on workshops in two Craft & Create rooms where visitors can join in and make something decorative or delicious to take home. For the first time at the Country Living Spring Fair, food lovers will find inspiration in the Country Living Kitchen where there are demonstrations for cooking, baking and roasting - and more tasty morsels can be discovered in the tempting food market.
Take a moment for refreshments at the Fair with teas and infusions in the Birchall Tea Room or a glass of fizz in the Country Living Drunken Duck Champagne Bar to make the day something special.
