Who can enter the competition?The competition is open to anyone who is 18 years or older and resides in the UK or Ireland. Employees of Ice Travel Group and Value Added Travel are not eligible to participate.
When does the competition close?The competition runs from 31st January 2025 and closes on 3rd March 2025. The winner will be drawn by no later than 10th March 2025.
How can one enter the competition?To enter, participants must submit their email address via the entry form on the TravelSupermarket website. Participants can gain additional entries by following @TravelSupermarket and @value_added_travel on Instagram and Facebook, liking the competition post, or referring a friend using a unique link. Only one entry per person is allowed, and no purchase is necessary to enter.
What are the prize details?The prize includes a three-night stay for two at the five-star Madinat Jumeirah Al Naseem in Dubai, valued at over £2,000. The prize package consists of:
- Accommodation for two people with breakfast included for three nights.
- Return economy flights from the UK or Ireland to Dubai for a value of up to £700 per ticket, including taxes and baggage allowance.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool is valued at over £2,000, which includes:
- Accommodation costs covered by Value Added Travel for three nights.
- Flight costs covered by Ice Travel Group, with each return ticket valued up to £700.
Are there any exclusions or conditions?The stay must be redeemed by 1st February 2026 and cannot be used during the following blackout dates: 10th - 14th February 2025, 4th - 15th April 2025, 26th April - 9th May 2025, 20th October - 11th November 2025, and 21st December - 8th January 2026. The flights are subject to availability, and any additional costs such as transfers, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included in the prize.
What are the responsibilities of the winner?The winner is responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and any necessary visas and vaccinations for their trip. Additionally, they must provide accurate information for flight bookings and allow TravelSupermarket and Value Added Travel to use their name for promotional purposes.
Can the prize be transferred or altered?All elements of the prize are non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives. Once flight arrangements are booked, changes to the dates or details will not be possible.
What happens if the winner does not claim the prize?The winner must respond to the prize notification email within 48 hours; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn. This process will continue until a winner claims the prize.
Are there any legal considerations?The competition is governed by the laws of England, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over these terms and conditions.
